President Valerie Stoj lead the meeting, Pledge and “My country ....

. .”, Frank Frerich gave the invocation. 14 members were present.

Officers for 2019/2020: Nominations are due shortly. Please volunteer for leadership service.

Board Meeting: Monday, April 15, 5:30 pm, not as reported earlier, at Vern Waldren’s office.

Golf outing: Teri Layton reported that 14 teams and 7 hole sponsors are signed up for the May 31 event. Please promote and help with prizes.

Flag Placement: No report was given, as Flag Day and Memorial Day will be here soon.

Interclub cancelled: The 7 am interclub for Bellevue AM was cancelled as members seem to prefer sleeping in.

Drawings: Jack Jackson removed the 2 of Hearts for a recent drawing and David Huelsmann removed the King of Hearts.

Happy Bucks: Substitute Sheriff Vern Waldren collected a few of them.

April 17: Scholarship presentation.

April 25: Better Business Bureau about fraud on the elderly.

Today’s Program: Jack Jackson introduced the president of his engineering company, Eilene Korth, who reported with pictures about her, her sister’s and son’s recent trip to North-East India to support a catholic church and its members. Very informative!
