Linda led the pledge, President Valerie started “God Bless America” and Barb gave the invocation.
President Valerie led the meeting and discussed the following with the club:
100 anniversary celebration, Jan 23 at the Field Club
Night Watch: January has enough volunteers
Mid year convention: Feb 23 at the Double Tree. Registration forms were passed out to interested members.
Thanks were given to members who help make Governor Sue Waldron’s visit a success. She will help our club with membership recruitment.
The next board meeting will be on February 18 at Vernon’s office
The Eliminate (maternal/neonatal tetanus) project has raised $83 million by November.
Names were read of 3 district members who passed away recently.
If you want to be included in receiving these kinds of district emails, contact Valerie and she will help you get them.
Valerie will check with the Key Club adviser and see if they need any help. If an adviser is needed, this person needs to have a background check.

Vernon gave a summary of the Douglas County Fair events.“Where Urban and Rural Meet”. All events were at Change Ridge or Village Point
The livestock events were held at the Change Ridge Vet clinic which had an arena
