Kiwanis 'Fishing for Kids' tourney upcoming - Harrison Daily

The Kiwanis Club of Harrison is hosting it’s first “Fishing for Kids”  Bass Tournament from 7 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20 at the Diamond City recreation area.

The entry free is $100 with a $10 optional Big Bass Pot. There will be 60 percent pay back with five places paid. There is a 100 percent big bass payback.

All proceeds from the tournament go to the Kiwanis Club of Harrison to support the needs of local children, some of which include: the socks and underwear drive, which helps provide closets of area schools and help for centers so these items are always available to children in need and for weekend backpack programs.
