was still “counting votes” from yesterday’s election. Frank also lead the pledge and our singing (we need Valerie back for the singing!). Ralph Peppard gave the invocation.

Division 20 meeting this morning 7 am: Frank, Dennis, Rod and Bruce attended. Dennis Cronin gave a report.

Key Leader: Program is this weekend.                                    

Mid-Year Conference: February 22 / 23 at the Omaha Double Tree Hotel. A great opportunity for our members to attend.

Upcoming Interclub: Tuesday, November 13, 9:30, Greater Omaha Golden K, Countryside Community Church, 87th and Pacific. Members signed up: Bruce Moulton, Rod Jones, Frank Frerich, Dennis Cronin, John Seigel.

Flag Placement in Loveland Sunday, November 11, Veteran’s Day: Dennis Cronin is still looking for at least two volunteers to pick up flags at 5 pm.

Clothes for Kids: Barbara St. John has scheduled this for Tuesday, December 4.

Bell Ringing: Saturday, December 1 at Wheatfields, 103rd and Pacific.

Drawing: Linda Joes removed the 9 of Diamonds.

Happy bucks: Sheriff Ralph Peppard continued his effort to make his budget

Today’s Speaker: Frank Frerich gave us a very interesting report about his upbringing in Northern Minnesota on a dairy farm with 13 siblings, his career and his arrival and life in Omaha. It was great to hear things about one of our members lives, which we were not aware off.
