husband does in the community.

Interclub: An interclub was attempted at the West Omaha Golden K this morning. Two
people cancelled and I forgot, so we had two attending, Frank Frerich and Bruce
Moulton. The speaker was Kara Eastman, the Democratic candidate for Congress, 2nd
District.

Today’s Speaker: Fireman Gordon reported how the fire department is helping older
residents on how to prevent falls and fires in their homes and how to best
communicate with rescue and fire teams. They even can install “free” smoke and
carbon monoxide detectors to older persons who are not otherwise able to do that
themselves. (I have no idea why he talked to us, as there were no “old” people in he
room. ☹ )
