Four tables were filled with students to be honored for their academic and leadership successes, their counselors and guests.

Division council meeting this morning 7 am: Cincy Cone, Bruce Moulton, Rod Jones and Glen Fineman attended as an interclub. Glen reported on the following:

All Play Baseball: Volunteers are needed and always welcome starting this Saturday. Our club is especially committed to volunteer on Saturdays, May 12 and June 23.

District 19/20 Bowling Fundraiser for the Eliminate Prenatal Tetanus Project August 3. Cindy has details.

Southwest Kiwanis Golf Outing July 19. Cindy has more information.

Club Officer Training: Saturday, June 16.

Dennis Cronin reported on the first Flag Placement on Saturday, May 19, Armed Forces Day. Bills have been sent out and hole locations have been confirmed. Volunteers are needed to place and remove flags. Next placement Memorial Day, May 28.

Happy Bucks: Sheriff Ralph Peppard collected happy bucks from members and guests. He also again promoted the Men’s Garden Club plant sale at the Keystone Event Center, 7803 Military Ave, this Friday, May 4 from 4 to 8 pm and Saturday, May 5 from 9 pm to 1 pm.

Today’s Program: Bruce Moulton introduced the counselors from 4 high schools, who introduced their chosen honorees. Bruce then asked them questions and shared some of his own experiences. The honorees showed a very positive record! They were left to right as listed below:
