Olive Garden Restaurant, 75th and Dodge, Wednesday, August 16, 2017
President Dennis Cronin lead the meeting, Joe Schmidtke lead the patriotic song and... Glen Fineman gave the invocation.
Dennis reported on last week’s meeting, which was held at the Papillion Manor, where some of our members joined long time Kiwanian Bill Morrison.

September 6: Nebraska State Game and Parks
September 20: National Parks Service
Other events:
August 6: Kiwanis day at All Play baseball. Members please sign up to volunteer. Also Ronald McDonald meal in the evening.
August 25: Member Ralph Peppard will prepare Baked Ham, Potatoes and Sweet Corn at the Florence VFW.
Today’s Speaker: Dick Beck of KGBI radio gave an overview of his 30 years in broadcasting and the many changes during that time. KGBI, which was started by Grace Bible Institute, thus the initials, is now part of a greater national network of “family friendly” radio stations.
