Kiwanis Club of Rockford to give $75K to Crusader Community Health - Rockford Register Star
Crusader Community Health will receive $75,000 from the Kiwanis Club of Rockford over a three-year period.The money will support the "Crusader Baby Basics and More" classes for expectant parents.The series covers a variety of medical and safety issues for children younger than 2, including newborns.The goal of the classes is to provide up-to-date information that will assist parents and caregivers in becoming better prepared to care for their young children.“We are truly grateful for this wonderful partnership that will assist parents in providing quality care for their infants and toddlers by creating healthy, safe and nurturing environments,” Nancy Halverson, director of women’s and children’s services at Crusader, said in a press release.Crusader Community Health is located at 1200 W.
