The Freeport Lincoln-Douglas Kiwanis Club will offer $500 scholarships to Stephenson County graduating high school seniors during the 2012-13 school year.Applicants must be planning to attend an accredited college, university, vocational, or trade school.Scholarships will be awarded for scholastic achievement, community service, and best student with the greatest financial burden.
