When a child faces neglect, abuse and even abandonment at home, Dr. Frederick Hueston, director of gift planning for the Arkansas Sheriffs’ Youth Ranches, told members of the Kiwanis Club on Wednesday that they sometimes make their way to one of the five Youth Ranches in Arkansas.
