Dear Mr. Bastman,

I received the Westside Kiwanis Scholarship in May 2002. When I accepted the scholarship I promised to let the club know where I ended up after college. I attended Iowa State University and just graduate this May with a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics. I am about to begin graduate school at University of Nebraska Medical Center and in about 5 years I will have my Ph.D. I again want to thank you and your club for the generous scholarship. It really helped me out that first year of college.
